Group management
Every Lark group has invisible operations work: welcoming new members, answering the same questions, and reminding people about deadlines. The group assistant turns those repeated actions into configurable rules, while the welcome bot focuses on the first experience a new member has. Use both together or start with one.

FAQ
How is the group assistant different from the welcome bot?
The assistant covers keyword replies, welcomes, scheduled reminders and DMs. The welcome bot only handles the first message and group rules for new members.
Will keyword replies send the wrong answer?
You define the keywords and replies, and rules only trigger when the bot is @mentioned. Rules can be scoped per group.
What permissions are needed to DM members?
The Lark app needs the relevant message permissions and admin approval. The exact scopes depend on your tenant configuration.
