Weekly meeting assistant
The problem with weekly meetings is rarely the meeting. It is the missing agenda before and the missing decisions after. The assistant collects agenda items, reminds attendees and posts decisions and action items back to the group.
What it solves
- Agendas are assembled at the last minute, so important topics are missed.
- Attendees forget the time and the meeting starts late.
- No decisions or owners are recorded, so the next meeting repeats the discussion.

FAQ
Can we only use the pre-meeting reminder?
Yes. Reminders and post-meeting notes can be configured separately.
Is agenda collection anonymous?
Agenda items show the submitter and content by default so they can be confirmed in the meeting. Use the anonymous feedback bot when identity is not appropriate.
